4th March 2024 Club Notes:

It’s Women In Sport Week, and the aim is to celebrate all the amazing women and girls involved in sports. Letterkenny 24/7 will be highlighting the fantastic women in our club. Follow our social media for photos and interviews with these inspiring athletes who lift, support, and inspire each other through their sporting achievements. 🙌🏼💪🏼🎉

Fin, Graham & Cathal travelled to the Roe Valley CC 5 Forest MTB Challenge, taking in the best MTB trails in the Roe Valley area. They met up with John & Martin and enjoyed a super Sunday spin

A number of other club members travelled to Falcarragh for the Errigal CC Big Birthday Sportif. Harriet & Paula took on the Big Loop, taking in over 70km and 898m of hills. While Siobhan, John & Sean Opted for the Wee Loop, at a more conservate 50km and 384m elevation. Both loops had enough hills to make sure you really enjoyed the big fry after. Always a well-run event, with plenty marshals and support along the way. It was a morning of mighty banter & plenty planning for the 2024 race season ahead.

Entries for the Try-A-Tri and SuperSprint on April 28th are selling out fast. Once they are gone, they are gone! So, if you are still on the fence now’s the time to commit. Each week the club is posting a free training plan for beginners to follow. Its aimed at the beginner and is in week Two, with another 7 to go!
