Junior triathletes from ages 5-14 will have the chance to take on the course in a timed event.  The Splash and Dash is designed to give young athletes a taste of what triathlons are all about. Race distances varied from one length of the 25m pool and one lap of the 400m track for the youngest competitors to three pool lengths and an 1200m run for the older competitors.
