Podiums were aplenty again this weekend as Mark Gallagher and Noelle Parker continued their excellent seasons.

Mark finished second in the 40-49 age category with time of 01:21:48, while Noelle finished 3rd in the female 40-49 age category in 1:34:40. Christy Callaghan also made the trip to Lough Key and posted an impressive time of 1:45:30.

Further afield a number of club member competed at Ironman Wales in Pembrokeshire last weekend.

Eamon Patton was home in 13:52:54, Philip Browne in 15:07:59, and Alaistair Hetherington in 15:43:44. Former club member Barry Foley got around the course in 15:02:13 – no doubt drafting off Philip the whole way around 🤪

Well done lads, a massive achievement!
