Clubs member were in fine form this weekend, representing 24/7 in Westport, Antrim, and Scotland.

This weekend the trio of Raymond McNamee, Conor McLoughlin, and Terence Quinn headed to Mayo to tackle the Westport triathlon course, and they returned home weighed down with medals. Conor claimed victory in the Try and Tri event, and on the Sprint Course Raymond claimed 6th overall in the Sprint (1:13:33) and Terence (1:30:07) was first home in his age group. Well done lads!

Aidan Callaghan was in action at the Crooked Lake Triathlon in Armagh. He came home in 13th place with am time of 1:03:59. Meanwhile, Harriet Henderson took part in the Lochore Triathlon in Scotland. There was an unmitigated disaster from the chip timing system and, as a result, only podium finishers were recorded. Harriet just missed out on a top three position with a strong performance.

Monday 6.30pm: Open Water Swimming.

Tuesday 6.30pm/7pm: Running Session. Session will be posted in WhatsApp group on Tuesday and members can arrange to meet that evening.

Thursday: TT/Brick Session cancelled due to rally.

Saturday: Club cycle cancelled due to rally.
