Lahti in Finland was the setting for the 2023 70.3 World Championships this weekend and 24/7’s Shane McNulty left his mark on the course with a fine performance, one of the many that he has produced this year.

He completed the 1.9km swim course in 34:01, the 90km bike ride at an average speed of 37.31 kmph, before finishing his half marathon run in 1:33:47. Great stuff Shane and congratulations on a fantastic achievement!

Conor McLaughlin was first home in the Try a Tri section of the Dublin City Triathlon, based around in Phoenix Park in our fair capital. Conor finished off a great performance with a scorching 10:47 run time. Congratulations Conor!

Siobhan Coyle, just two weeks after her 333 Donegal Ultra victory, completed the Lap of the Lough in 5:30:00. Nice little recovery spin there Siobhan!
